1.Fill in and send the form for each one of the works that you would like to acquire.

2. From the reception of your order, I will contact you via e-mail in order to communicate you my best offer, all taxes included. There might be charges of custom duties if the order is made from outside continental France, which will be entirely payed by the purchaser.

3. I wait for your offer, and only after having negotiated and reached a mutual agreement, we confirm the order (by e-mail) so that you can pay the whole amount by :

  • Bank cheque (only in continental France)

4. From the reception of your payment, you will be informed via e-mail or phone.
The shipment begins : the work you have reserved is prepared (made-to-measure box, bubblewrap, lining) and then sent with its authenticity certificate and invoice by UPS, DHL, Chronopost international or Colissimo Express, as soon as possible.

With a follow-up number that I will have previously communicated to you, you will be able to follow your parcel up during its transporting.

The delivery is guaranteed and the content assured all the time, from its sending to the good reception by the recipient. Moreover, we keep in touch permanently from the confirmation of your order until its delivery.

5. The service « satisfied or refunded » is applied as from the reception of the work in your house. It guarantees you an exemplary service. If the painting does not correspond to what the buyer expected, this will be able to send it back assuming all charges,

  • At the latest, seven days after the reception of the painting.
  • With his original wrapping
  • By the same transporter
  • And with the same value of insurance 

From the moment of reception and after verifying its state, the client will be refunded the price of the painting.
